Dreckly (Cornish Red Ale, 4.5%) — a rich ruby red ale with caramel and biscuit malt sweetness and a gentle floral, red-berry lift from Barbe Rouge hops. Restoration (Session Pale Ale, 3.5%) — light, crisp and clean, with Simcoe and El Dorado hops added late for bright citrus and pine character.  Tonka Fwonka (Fruited Sour, 6.8%) — kettle-soured with Tonka beans added in the whirlpool, fermented on Norwegian farmhouse yeast and triple-fruited with blackcurrant, blackberry and cherry.
