Description
A subtle and elegant farmhouse-style saison fermented with The Kernel’s signature mixed-culture yeast—combining saison yeast, wild Brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and other bacteria. After primary fermentation, it’s refermented in oak foeder barrels alongside whole British quinces, imparting delicate tartness, fruity aroma, and a dry, effervescent finish. The result is tart, crisp, tannic, and refreshingly complex.
