Shipping Policy

At LowCostBeer, we aim to get your beer packed and on its way as quickly as possible. We use trusted national couriers and work hard to provide a reliable delivery service, but delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed.

UK Delivery

We deliver across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Orders are shipped using DHL, with UPS also available as an alternative courier option where offered at checkout.

Standard Delivery

£5.95

Orders are sent using a tracked courier service.

Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch, although deliveries to some locations, including Northern Ireland and more remote areas, may take a little longer.

Courier delays can occasionally occur, so delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Free Delivery

Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery where eligible.

Free delivery uses our standard tracked courier service and is subject to the same estimated delivery times.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday will normally be dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, exceptionally large orders or circumstances outside our control, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Courier Delays

We work closely with our delivery partners, but once a parcel has been collected, occasional delays caused by the courier network, weather, traffic or other circumstances can occur.

If your tracking has not updated as expected or your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate it with the courier.

Safe Places and Neighbours

Depending on the courier and the delivery preferences associated with your address, parcels may be left in a nominated safe place or with a neighbour where appropriate.

We offer local delivery within the PE19 postcode area.

• Orders under £25 are charged our standard delivery rate

Local deliveries are normally made within 1–2 working days.
