11th Birthday Cake from Amundsen Brewery is an 11.5% barrel‑aged imperial stout built to taste like Madagascar Bourbon vanilla rocky road fudge cake. Layers of chocolate, marshmallow, biscuit and rich vanilla are stacked over a thick, silky body, with barrel ageing adding depth, oak and warming spirit notes.

This decadent stout pours near‑black with a dense tan head, offering aromas of chocolate fudge, toasted marshmallow and vanilla cream. The flavour is intensely sweet and dessert‑like, with a long, warming finish that makes it ideal as a slow sipper or shared treat.
