Dragon’s Bite from Brew York, Haand Bryggeriet and Kveik Yeastery is a 5.9% Kveik IPA inspired by Niflheim, the primordial world of ice and mist in Norse mythology. Fermented warm with expressive Norwegian Kveik yeast, it bursts with juicy tropical character and distinctive flavours of grape and melon over a vibrant hazy pale base.
