Orval – Trappist Ale (Belgian Pale Ale, 6.2%) 330 ml
A legendary Trappist ale from Brasserie d’Orval, famously bottle‑conditioned and dry‑hopped with Hallertau, Styrian Goldings, and Strisselspalt hops. Fermented with a unique Brettanomyces yeast, it pours a complex amber‑orange hue with wild yeast funk, earthy hops, citrus peel, and a pronounced bitter‑dry finish. Revered for its evolving character and impeccable balance.
