Crafted with elegance, this saké-based spritz features premium junmai saké from Tochigi, Japan, delicately blended with pure yuzu juice and yuzu peel extract. Crisp and bright, it’s rounded out with pear juice for a smooth body—free from the cloying sweetness often found in ready-to-drink cocktails. Each bottle contains just 80 calories, with no added sugars or sulphites. It’s also gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and made in the UK.

At its heart are pure yuzu juice and top-quality junmai saké from Tochigi, a region nestled near the Nikko mountain range—just an hour from Tokyo by bullet train—where snowmelt feeds into three pristine rivers.
