This elegant spritz is crafted using premium junmai saké from Tochigi, Japan, and infused with pure yuzu juice and umé plum extract. Each bottle contains just 80 calories, with no added sugars or sulphites. It's gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and proudly made in the UK.

At its core are pure yuzu juice and high-quality junmai saké sourced from Tochigi—just an hour north of Tokyo by bullet train. Nestled among the Nikko mountain range, this region is nourished by rivers fed from pristine snowmelt, contributing to the purity and character of its saké.

This edition celebrates momo—the iconic Japanese peach known for its juicy, soft pink flesh and its embodiment of summer. Blending 5% pure yuzu juice with momo extract, this vibrant spritz is enriched further by pear juice, adding a gentle body and subtle depth without the cloying sweetness found in many ready-to-drink cocktails.

Best enjoyed well-chilled, either straight from the bottle or served in your favourite glass. Due to its delicate flavour profile, we recommend not adding ice.
