Paulaner Salvator (7.9%) is a legendary Doppelbock brewed in Munich since the 17th century. Originally created by monks as “liquid bread” for Lent, it pours a deep chestnut-brown with a creamy off-white head. Expect rich flavours of caramel, dark bread, dried fruit, and a touch of roasted malt, finishing smooth and warming with just a hint of hop bitterness.
