Somebody Ring The Dinkster? from Sureshot and Silent Brew Co is a 5.5% West Coast IPA built for sharp, classic bitterness and punchy hop character. Dry hopped with Eclipse, Kohia Nelson and Nelson Sauvin, it’s a rollercoaster of piney, resinous bitterness, juicy citrus and gooseberry‑like white‑grape notes over a lean, crisp malt base.
The body is clean and snappy with a firm bitter finish, bringing big old‑school West Coast vibes but with a modern NZ hop twist. Unfiltered and vegan, it’s ideal for customers who want a break from hazy juicebombs and are craving a bright, resinous IPA with proper bite.
