Sylph from Leeds-based Tartarus Beers proves you don't need alcohol to deliver big IPA character. This hazy alcohol-free IPA is brewed with wheat and oats for a soft, pillowy body, then dry hopped with Citra, Nectaron and Enigma for notes of citrus, passionfruit, peach, melon and red berries. Juicy, full-bodied and bursting with hop aroma, it pours pale and hazy with the smooth mouthfeel of a much bigger beer — perfect for designated drivers, dry months or anyone wanting all the flavour with none of the next-day regret.
