Starting with a Berliner Weisse base, the brew incorporates hundreds of hand-peeled and juiced lemons during the boil, delivering a sharp citrus punch. This tartness is balanced by the warm, oaky character imparted from Cameronbridge single-grain Scotch whisky barrel ageing. The result is a bold yet artfully balanced sour beer that captures the essence of a whisky sour cocktail.
