After Midnight is Pinter’s take on a dark Belgian ale, brewed to around 5.8% ABV once finished in your Pinter. It offers a deep malty sweetness with layers of caramel, toffee and molasses, backed up by rich dark-fruit notes of fig, plum and raisin that give it classic Belgian character and plenty of depth.
The beer is described as dark, full bodied and malty, with subtle Belgian yeast spice, a touch of roast and a pleasantly dry finish that stops it becoming cloying. Brewed without a Hopper, it focuses on complex malt and yeast character rather than hop intensity, making it a great choice for cooler evenings or slower sipping sessions at home. Recommended schedule is 10 days brewing and 7 days conditioning (minimum 7 + 3), yielding around 10 pints of Belgian-inspired dark ale from a single pack.
