Copper-coloured with a light malty aroma, a floral, even cedar-like character, and a sharp tang of bitter grapefruit, balanced by sweet malt with hints of toffee, honey and orchard fruit fading into a long, dry, bitter finish. Brewed with Cornish water, whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops, Cornish malted barley and wheat, and Skinner's own house yeast.
