Pale-oton is a 5.2% European IPA brewed in York by Brew York in collaboration with Green Gold Brewing.
It's named in tribute to four time Tour de France champion Tadej Pogačar, a nod to his relentless, attacking riding style. Expect bursts of tropical fruit and bright citrus, with a zesty grapefruit edge balanced by a subtle marmalade sweetness, all wrapped up in a crisp, refreshing finish.
