Bulgae from Tartarus Beers is a 5.8% gluten‑free Red IPA brewed with crystal and amber malts for layers of caramel, biscuit and gentle toffee sweetness. Centennial, Simcoe and Chinook on the hot side bring firm, bitter pine and resin, while a dry hop of Simcoe, Azacca and Galaxy adds bright citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruit notes.

Vegan friendly and glowing deep red in the glass, it balances chewy malt richness with punchy West Coast‑leaning hop character, making for a bold yet balanced red IPA with a satisfying, lingering finish.
