Cloudwater Ember Smoked Seaweed Pale Ale – 24 x 440ml

Ember is an Irish smoked seaweed pale ale brewed with dulse harvested in Northern Ireland and dried over an open fire. This creates a delicate coastal smokiness with savoury, saline edges.

Riwaka hops introduce lifted notes of bright lime, grapefruit, and fresh citrus, balancing the smoke with a clean, refreshing hop character.

The result is a hazy 4.5% pale ale with a gentle, rounded mouthfeel and an unusual but carefully balanced combination of smoke, salt and citrus. It evokes the atmosphere of the shoreline at low tide without allowing any single flavour to overpower the beer.
