Col de L’Utia Prosecco Brut is a fresh, light Italian sparkling wine from Veneto, made from 100% Glera and crafted in a single‑vineyard hillside site. It shows intense fruity notes of apple and pear, with hints of white‑fleshed fruit, wisteria, acacia and white flowers on the nose. On the palate it is fine‑bubbled, delicate and refreshing, with crunchy green citrus, a clean, mineral streak and a dry, moreish finish that makes it ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, finger food and light dishes.
