Cornish Knocker was Skinner's first-ever ale — and it remains one of the most celebrated beers to come out of Cornwall. Now brewed by Goodh Brewing Co, who rescued Skinner's Brewery from administration in 2022, it continues to be crafted with the same faithful recipe that earned it a devoted following. A golden ale brewed with Cornish water, whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops, Cornish malted barley and wheat, and Skinner's own unique yeast, the delicate floral hops trail citrus with a slight pine bitterness and leave a mild biscuit finish on the palate — posh ones, not your average digestive.
