Expect intense notes of passionfruit, lime, grapefruit and gooseberry, with subtle grassy and nettle hints that scream textbook Kiwi Sauvignon. The palate is rich yet refreshing, with a dense core of citrus and tropical fruit, bright acidity and a clean, lingering finish that works brilliantly with goat’s cheese, seafood and spicy Asian dishes.
