Devil's Curse (Stout, 6.7%) 440ml

The band collab for this one is with the fantastic Derby-based black thrash metal band Devastator — and together they've brewed up a 6.66% Maple and Pecan Stout to help fight against the winter gloom. True to Black Iris's punk rock spirit, the brewing is as considered as the name is devilish: loads of Munich malt, Carared and Roast Barley build the foundation for a deep, dark flavour of nuts, chocolate and a touch of coffee, while English Whitbread Golding Variety and German Tradition hops in the boil create spicy, earthy and floral notes. The beer is then finished with natural maple and pecan flavours to create a proper fireside winter warmer. Adorned with the signature bold artwork of Kev Grey. Vegan-friendly.
