This textured farmhouse ale brings together the best of both breweries—featuring wheat from Gothelney Farm, grown as a diverse population of modern strains with minimal intervention, fermented with mixed-culture yeasts from Burning Sky and Wildflower, and generously hopped with Motueka. Expect a rustic, subtly funky experience—wheaty, lively, and naturally expressive.
