Founded in 2018, Goodh Brewing Co (pronounced "Goooth" — Cornish for "wild") brews bold, affordable modern craft beer in the heart of Cornwall, and in 2022 rescued the much-loved Skinner's Brewery from administration — keeping the heritage range alive under the original recipes. This box is the definitive tour of both sides of the family, from bitter and bright through to hoppy and deeply roasty.

Skinner's heritage classics: Betty Stogs (Cornish Bitter, 4.0%) — the award-winning "Brazen Cornish Bitter," copper-coloured with a light malty aroma and a sharp tang of bitter grapefruit. Not vegan, not gluten-free. Figgy's Brew (Bitter, 4.5%) — maltier and slightly darker, with Target, Northern Brewer and Willamette hops giving gentle bitterness alongside earthy spice, black tea and rich chocolate hints. Dreckly (Cornish Red Ale, 4.5%) — a rich ruby red ale with caramel and biscuit malt sweetness and a gentle floral, red-berry lift from Barbe Rouge hops. Penny Come Quick (Cornish Milk Stout, 4.5%) — rich with cocoa and roasted malt character.

Hop-forward Goodh range: Alpine (Cold IPA, 4.6%) — crisp and West Coast-leaning, bursting with pine, grapefruit, pineapple and coconut. Magic Gardens (Mosaic IPA, 5.7%) — a single-hop showcase for Mosaic, rich with citrus, sweet mango and stone fruit. Tipitiwitchet (Citra IPA, 5.6%) — mango, papaya and passionfruit with a soft, juicy mouthfeel and subtle biscuit sweetness. Little Fish (NEIPA, 6.8%) — thick and juicy, packed with mango, blueberry and passionfruit. Dipa Docus (Double IPA, 7.5%) — a mash-hopped giant bursting with stone fruit and satsuma.

Roasty, fruity and light: Joe (Espresso Stout, 5.8%) — rich, silky stout brewed with real coffee, chocolate and crystal malts, upfront banoffee and profiterole notes with a touch of peated whisky. Save the Princess (Peach Sour, 4.5%) — sweet, tangy peach flavour lifted by El Dorado hops, with natural fruit sweetness and a dry, balanced finish. Restoration (Session Pale Ale, 3.5%) — light, crisp and clean, with Simcoe and El Dorado hops added late for bright citrus and pine character.
