Hel’s Hounds (Red IPA, 7.2%) 440ml
Brew York

Hel’s Hounds from Brew York and Siren Craft Brew is a 7.2% Red IPA inspired by Helheim in Norse mythology, released as one of the Nine Realms Ale Series. It pours deep red with a rich caramel malt backbone, delivering toffee, biscuit and light toasted notes that echo the “cold, mist‑shrouded” realm it’s named after.
A sharp hop character sits on top of that malt base, bringing vibrant citrus, resin and a touch of pine for a bold yet balanced bitterness that keeps the finish dry and moreish. The result is a full‑bodied, winter‑friendly red IPA that still drinks smoothly despite its 7.2% ABV – ideal for mixed IPA boxes and featured seasonal listings.
