La Bête Noire Fitou 2023 (AOP Fitou, 14% ABV, 750 ml)
A bold, full-bodied red from southern France’s rugged Fitou region, this rich cuvée blends Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah. It delivers intense dark fruits—blackberry, plum, cherry—with spicy, herbal complexity, all supported by rounded oak tannins and a lingering warming finish. The restrained oak ageing adds elegance without overwhelming the primary fruit.
