Lost Cosmonauts from North Brewing Co. is a hazy, double dry hopped IPA that showcases Mosaic and Ekuanot hops and “epitomises everything that we love about beer” according to the brewery. At 6% ABV, it pours a deeply hazy orange-gold with a thick white head and delivers piney aromas alongside waves of tropical and stone fruit, including notes of clementine, mango, passionfruit and citrus peel.
On the palate, Lost Cosmonauts brings ripe tropical fruit flavours with a soft, full mouthfeel from the addition of oats, finishing with a gently lingering bitterness that keeps it balanced and highly drinkable for its strength. Suitable for vegans and brewed as a modern DDH IPA, it has become one of North’s best-known core beers, often found in supermarkets and independent bottleshops alike.
