Lushingtons from Goodh Brewing Co (reviving the classic Skinners recipe) is a 4.2% “Sunshine IPA” designed as a zesty, easy‑drinking session IPA. Brewed with Cornish water and whole‑flower Citra, Belma, Willamette and Chinook hops, it’s straw‑coloured and hop‑laden, bursting with bittersweet lime, mango and lychee on the nose.
On the palate you get a smooth, slightly creamy texture with flavours of strawberry and grapefruit and a clean, refreshing finish that keeps each sip moreish. It’s a proper Cornish coastal crusher: vegan, modern in hop character but still rooted in traditional brewing methods, ideal as a fridge staple or BBQ beer when you want flavour without the high ABV.
