Monk’s Stout Dupont (Belgian Stout, 5.2% ABV, 330 ml Bottle)
Revived from its original 1950s farmhouse stout recipe, this stout is dark and dry with prominent chocolate and coffee aromas, balanced by a clean, refreshing bitterness and a whisper of citrus from the hops. Unusually light-bodied for a stout, it’s effervescent and thirst-quenching—best enjoyed slightly chilled or at cellar temperature (around 12 °C). Pairs beautifully with blue cheese, sushi, or shellfish.
