Boon – Oude Geuze Boon (Gueuze Lambic, 7%, 375 ml bottle)
A classic and meticulously crafted traditional Belgian gueuze—blended from 1-, 2-, and 3-year-old lambics aged in oak casks, then refermented in the bottle. It offers a beautifully delicate, dry, and effervescent profile, with nuanced notes of citrus, oak, vanilla, and grapefruit. Celebrated for its balance of freshness and complexity, it’s widely regarded as one of the finest in its style.
