Pom Chardonnay Lager from Brewing Brothers is a 4.2% bright, balanced lager made with Chardonnay skins from Tillingham’s 2025 vintage, where beer and natural wine collide. The base is a clean, crisp lager with soft grain and gentle bitterness, while the Chardonnay skins add delicate grape, stone‑fruit and floral notes along with a subtle vinous depth.
The result is a refreshing, lightly complex lager that’s still ultra‑drinkable, with a dry, moreish finish that will appeal to both lager drinkers and wine lovers looking for something different.
