Sea of Stars from Track Brewing Co is an 8% New England‑style double IPA hopped exclusively with Nelson Sauvin to showcase the variety in all its vivid, vinous glory. Nelson additions throughout the brew and dry‑hop bring layers of white grape, gooseberry, lychee and stone fruit, backed by herbal, resinous tones and a waxy, soft bitterness.
