Seeing Doppel is a big, full-bodied 7% doppelbock lager brewed by Ampersand Brew Co in collaboration with Three Blind Mice, pouring a deep amber with layers of malty bread crust, orange marmalade and gentle spice, all carried by a smooth, clean lager fermentation that keeps the finish balanced, warming and dangerously drinkable.
