Signum is Black Iris Brewery’s dark and hoppy Black IPA, brewed with a classic roast-malt backbone and a punchy hop finish. It opens with dark malt character and layers of bitter chocolate, toasted grain and subtle coffee, before Cascade, Simcoe, Strata and Amarillo bring a dank, citrus-led bitterness with orange peel and resinous notes. The result is a bold, modern Black IPA that balances roast depth with bright hop intensity.
