Snow Wasset from Tartarus Beers is a 5.5% stout brewed with crystal, chocolate and brown malts for a rich base of caramel, chocolate, coffee and subtle nuttiness. Maple and pecan essence, extra chocolate and vanilla are added during conditioning, turning it into a liquid hot chocolate brownie with layers of sweet maple, roasted nuts and cocoa.
Vegan friendly, it pours jet black with a creamy tan head, soft carbonation and a smooth, dessert‑like finish that balances maple sweetness with roasted malt bitterness.
