A double dry-hopped hazy IPA from St Ives Brewery, loaded with southern hemisphere hops. A trio of Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops combine for a complex, satisfying drink packed with citrus aromas and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, apricot and orange give way to lemon and lime, with background hints of basil and fig. A generous dose of oats delivers a permanent haze and a thick, silky mouthfeel.
