This Transient Zing is a Raspberry and Coconut Sour brewed in collaboration with Din Of Celestial Birds. Din of Celestial Birds are an instrumental post-rock band from Leeds, and the beer name is a playful twist on This Transient Spring — a track from their acclaimed 2023 debut album The Night Is For Dreamers. True to Black Iris's tradition of brewing beers with musicians they love, this is a vibrant 6% fruited sour layering tart raspberry with lush, creamy coconut — the kind of bold flavour pairing that delivers both zing and depth in equal measure. Unfiltered, unfined and vegan-friendly.
