Tranquil Behaviour is a 6.0% English IPA brewed by Polly’s Brew Co., continuing the brewery’s exploration of their ideal Mountain IPA. Built on a hazy grist profile, it layers hot- and cold-side hopping to deliver depth and balance. Simcoe and Columbus lead the boil and whirlpool, while the cold side brings fresh citrus brightness and bold resinous character. A modern IPA with structure, haze and punch.
