Villebois Sauvignon Blanc Prestige (Loire, 11.5%) 750ml

Villebois Sauvignon Blanc Prestige 2024 is a Loire Valley Sauvignon crafted from old vines in the Touraine AOP, grown on flint‑clay soils that give the wine its distinctive mineral edge. It shows a pale green‑yellow colour with intense aromas of gooseberry, citrus and fresh cut grass, plus subtle notes of boxwood and green asparagus. On the palate it is tense, crisp and vibrant, with lively acidity, ripe Sauvignon fruit and a long, flinty finish that makes it a great match for white meats, creamy goat’s cheese, salads and lightly spiced oriental dishes.
