Yale (Gluten Free AAmerican Pale Ale, 5%) 440ml

Yale is a 5% gluten free American pale ale brewed with cara malt to give a rich, copper colour and a touch of caramel sweetness. Bittering additions of Azacca, Centennial and Chinook on the hot side bring firm, classic West Coast pine and resin.

It’s then dry hopped again to layer in even more pine, citrus and grapefruit, finishing clean, bitter and refreshing – a gluten free pale that delivers proper old‑school West Coast character.
