Mourne Mountains Brewery – Avalon Sunset (Sour Pale, 5 %)
A bright, zesty sour pale ale inspired by the golden glow of a Mourne Mountain evening. Brewed with Mosaic, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Sabro in the whirlpool, and dry hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo, it offers aromas and flavours of citrus, stone fruit, and subtle floral notes. A soft haze and refreshing acidity tie it all together, making it a tart, tropical-leaning modern sour.
