Brock is a 4.1% nitro stout from Thornbridge Brewery in the Peak District. It pours pitch black with a creamy tan head that lasts to the bottom of the glass. The aroma is rich and roasty, with dark chocolate, coffee and a hint of caramel. On the palate it's velvety smooth, with a medium body and low carbonation. Dark roasted malt, coffee and bittersweet chocolate lead, balanced by a subtle sweetness. The nitrogen gives it a creamy mouthfeel and a long, roasty finish with a lingering chocolate note.
