A decadent twist on the classic Flanders Red Ale, Chocolate Cherry is aged in oak casks (foeders) and enriched with 20 kg of whole Belgian cherries per 100 litres, plus natural chocolate essence. It pours a clear, dark ruby-brown with a delicate pinkish-tan head and offers a nose of tart sour cherries intertwined with bread, cocoa, toffee, and vanilla. On the palate, rich cherry and chocolate flavors dominate, balanced by a subtly sour base and a smooth, lingering chocolate finish. This beer beautifully bridges sour complexity with dessert-like indulgence.
