A Gluten-Free Amber Ale, brewed by Evan Evans Brewery (Wales). CWRW (pronounced “koo-roo”, Welsh for “beer”) is known as their classic amber ale, though in this variant it’s brewed with ingredients that avoid gluten. 
It presents a rich amber hue, balanced malt character with caramel and toffee notes, and a gentle hop bitterness. The gluten-free brewing process emphasises clean malt expression and avoids harshness on the finish.
