Delirium Nocturnum – Belgian Dark Strong Ale (8.5%, 330ml)

A complex and full-bodied dark ale from Huyghe Brewery, Delirium Nocturnum is the darker counterpart to the famous Delirium Tremens. Deep mahogany in colour with a creamy tan head, it delivers rich aromas of caramel, roasted malt, dark chocolate, and spice. The flavour is layered with notes of toffee, mocha, dried fruit, and a touch of warming alcohol, finishing smooth with a gentle bitterness.
