The dinosaurs didn't go extinct — they just went on an extended holiday. And when they come back, they'll want a Dipa Docus. Goodh Brewing Co's first mash-hopped beer is a gentle giant of a Double IPA, packed with Citra, Idaho 7 and Columbus for wave after wave of sweet stone fruit and juicy satsuma from first sip to last. Mash hopping — adding hops directly to the mash tun rather than just the kettle — extracts a different character from the hops, lending a smoother, more rounded hop presence that lets the fruit shine without harsh bitterness. The result is a 7.5% DIPA that drinks far more easily than it should — generous, tropical and endlessly drinkable from Cornwall's most adventurous brewery. Vegan-friendly.
