Dreckly is a 4.5% Cornish red ale from Goodh Brewing Co, pouring a rich ruby hue with a creamy off‑white head. It balances smooth malt sweetness with layers of caramel, biscuit and a touch of toffee, capturing the easy‑going spirit of Cornwall in a pint.
A late addition of Barbe Rouge hops brings a gentle floral, red‑berry lift that keeps things from becoming heavy, while the bitterness stays soft and rounded for maximum drinkability. This is a cosy fireside ale and Sunday‑roast classic, ideal for fans of malt‑led beers who still want a hint of modern hop character.
