Light, dry and crisp, it’s described as dry and light‑bodied with low‑level malt flavour, delicately balanced by subtle bitterness and a clean, refreshing aftertaste that makes it an ideal hot‑weather fridge staple.
This lager is all about easy drinking: pale, clean and highly sessionable, with a gentle bready sweetness and a touch of citrus that pairs perfectly with a wedge of lime and a sunny day. Recommended schedule is 10 days brewing and 10 days conditioning (minimum 7 + 5), yielding around 10 pints of vegan Mexican lager (contains gluten from barley malt extract) using Pinter’s Spark yeast for a bright, crisp finish.
