Everybody Good Time is a 5.4% hazy IPA from Thornbridge Brewery, brewed with Indian street-food favourite Bundobust, a firm favourite of the Thornbridge team. The recipe is built around two of the brewers' favourite hops, Galaxy and Simcoe. It opens with aromas of peach and passionfruit, then mango and pineapple on the palate, with just enough bitterness to stand up to spicy food. A natural match for a curry night.
