A classic Belgian Dubbel brewed since 1946, Pater 6 pours a chestnut-brown hue with a creamy off-white head. Rich aromas of hazelnut, mocha, and dark candy sugar are lifted by fruity esters of apple and pear. The flavour is smooth and velvety, balancing sweet malt depth with gentle spice and a touch of hop bitterness on the finish. Often nicknamed “een Paterke” (“little monk”), it remains one of the most approachable and elegant examples of the style.
