A fwonkadelic creation built on a traditional kettle souring process, with Tonka beans added in the whirlpool, fermented with Norwegian farmhouse yeast, and triple fruited with blackcurrant, blackberry, and cherry.
The result is a layered, complex fruited sour with real depth — the warmth and vanilla-like sweetness of Tonka bean weaving through a tart, berry-laden base, while the Norwegian farmhouse yeast adds a subtle rustic funk that lifts the whole thing.
